Internal Medicine - Maryland

Gain broad exposure to adult medicine through a 4 week Internal Medicine rotation in Maryland. Working alongside an experienced nephrologist, participants manage a diverse range of acute and chronic medical conditions while gaining valuable insight into the diagnosis and treatment of kidney related disorders. In addition to core Internal Medicine experience, participants are exposed to hypertension management, chronic kidney disease, electrolyte disorders, and dialysis related care. This rotation offers a unique opportunity to strengthen clinical skills while developing a deeper understanding of the intersection between Internal Medicine and Nephrology within the U.S. healthcare system.
